PURPOSE: A super mini multi-web computer system, controller and its implementation method is provided to develop a high speed information and communication terminal for efficiently processing digital image and voice data, and speedily corresponding to requirements of various data interfaces by constructing system circuits by using VLSI semiconductors and developing drive programs made in advanced languages. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a CPU(1), a main memory(13), a wired and wireless communication device(18), a voice recognizer(19), image I/O devices(3,4,7), and a finger print and IC card processor(20). The image I/O devices(3,4,7) enables a user to produce an image letter, or a personal video CD and to easily adjust an octave, a music interval or a rhythm for producing MP3 files. The voice recognizer(19) allows voice signals to be input by using a quartz microphone mounted on a main body. The input voice signals are transmitted to the CPU(1) via a voice signal analysis hardware and software, and being transmitted to a voice output card. The image I/O devices(3,4,7) receive ground wave TV or FM programs, and stores the programs into MPEG-IV or MP3 files. The finger print and IC card processor(20) reads finger print or IC card data, and checks a user ID for authenticating a system accessing user. The authenticated user can access an electronic mail or wanted informations stored at the system.
