PURPOSE: A fertilizer composition containing natural germanium ore and chabazite as main materials is provided to increase the quantity of germanium in ligularia stenocephala. Therefore, the grown ligularia stenocephala is used for health food in the form of capsule, tea or tablet. CONSTITUTION: The fertilizer composition is prepared by the following steps of: grinding natural germanium ore(Cu3(GeFe)S4) containing 0.36-1.05% of Ge to 300-400mesh; firing at 450-800deg.C for 2-5hrs. for removing water and organics, and forming germanium oxides; mixing 50-70wt.% of ground sintered Ge with 30-50wt.% of chabazite; grinding the mixture to 300-400mesh. The fertilizer composition mixed with 600-800pts.wt.(based on 100pts.wt. of the composition) of soil is used for growing ligularia stenocephala.
