Development of novel treatment for prevention and therapy of H. pylori infected gastric disease and high immunogenic anti H. pylori IgY

PURPOSE: Provided are development of novel treatment for prevention and therapy of H. pylori infected gastric disease, and high immunogenic anti H. pylori IgY, thereby more effectively preventing or treating the infection of Helicobacter pylori without using antibiotics. CONSTITUTION: The high immunogenic anti H. pylori IgY is prepared by separating an antigen from H. pylori using Brucella agar medium containing horse serum; administrating the whole cell lysate of Helicobacter pylori into a chicken Hy-Line Brown; isolating anti H. pylori IgY from the egg-yolk of the chicken Hy-Line Brown by centrifugation and ultrafiltration; and cultivating the isolated anti H. pylori IgY in Brucella broth or agar containing 5% of Bovine calf serum.
