PURPOSE: Provided is a pillow whose height can be conveniently controlled by pad, whereby it is possible to reduce types of pillows according to their heights and use one pillow for various heights, thereby yielding economical profits. CONSTITUTION: The pillow has a pillow cover, and a pillow body and a height controlling pad which are inserted into the pillow cover. The entire height of the pillow is determined according to the number and the height of the height controlling pad. One height controlling pad can vary the height of the pillow in a range of 1 mm to 10 mm. One pillow can have at least 2 up to 15 of the height controlling pads. The height controlling pads which are inserted into one pillow cover may have different heights and the difference of the heights is 150%.
