PURPOSE: A preparation method of oriental medicinal pills for family use is provided, in which the pills are made of easily obtainable materials, mixed in a certain ratio and used for the diseases such as degenerative arthritis, frozen shoulder and neuralgia. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method comprises the steps of: washing with clean water anchovy, safflower seed, laminaria, sea weed, bean, sesame, black sesame and cocoon and drying; making vinegar by unhusked rice; mixing the above ground dried materials and the above vinegar; boiling the above mixture at 100deg.C for 3-4 hours, cooling to room temperature and press-filtering to make the medicinal liquid; boiling the above liquid at a temperature of below 100deg.C(about 80deg.C) for several hours to remove moisture and to make semi solid material; and putting the above semi solid to the pill machine, making ball type pill, drying and sterilizing.
