PURPOSE: A healthy food containing Acanthopanacis Cortex and crucian carp as main ingredients is provided. The healthy food is easily taken and improves one's health. CONSTITUTION: The healthy food containing Acanthopanacis Cortex and crucian carp as main ingredients is produced by mixing 35% of Acanthopanacis Cortex, 25% of crucian carp, 7% of Ganoderma lucidum, 5% of Angelica gigas Nakai, 5% of Cnidium monnieri L., 5% of Taraxacum platycarpum, 5% of Schizandrae Fructus, 5% of Lycium Chinense, 5% of Artemisia capillaris Thunb., and 3% of Glycyrrizae Radix; inserting the mixture into an extractor; and heating the mixture for 4 hours to obtain the extract of the mixture.
