Pseudomonas syringae and Phytase Produced Therefrom

PURPOSE: Provided are Pseudomonas syringae MOK1and a novel phytase produced therefrom. The phytase having an excellent activity can be mass-expressed by recombinant technology and fermentation optimization and used as a feed additive. CONSTITUTION: Pseudomonas syringae MOL1(KFCC-11192) produces novel phytase. The purification method of the phytase comprises the steps of: culturing Pseudomonas syringae MOL1(KFCC-11192); filtering the filtrate and centrifuging it; crushing a cell and recovering cell-free extract; subjecting the extract to cation exchange resin chromatography; and subjecting active fractions obtained from the cation exchange resin chromatography to anion exchange resin chromatography.
