PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing tea by using Ulmi Cortex. The tea has pharmacological efficacies peculiar to ulmi cortex and is steeped in water of over 60 deg.C easily. The tea product is packed in a tea bag. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of tea by using Ulmi Cortex comprises the steps of: washing Ulmi Cortex; soaking it in water for 0.5-2 hours; vacuum-steaming it at 0.5-2 atm for 1-2 hours; drying Ulmi Cortex at 30-50 deg.C fo 1-3 hours then at 60-100 deg.C for 2-6 hours sequentially; and blending dried Ulmi Cortex.
