PURPOSE: Provided is a cosmetic composition for skin care containing niosome stabilizing the extracts of phellodendron amurense rupr., cornus officinalis sieb, rhei undulati rhizoma, prunus armeniaca l., angelicae gigantis radix, and eugenia caryophyllata thunb., therefore the efficacy of the medicinal herb extracts is effectively used. CONSTITUTION: The cosmetic composition for skin care contains niosome stabilizing the extracts of phellodendron amurense rupr., cornus officinalis sieb, rhei undulati rhizoma, prunus armeniaca l., angelicae gigantis radix, and eugenia caryophyllata thunb., in which the extracts are present in the cosmetic composition in an amount of 0.1 to 10 wt.%, preferably 0.001 to 3.0 wt.% to the total weight of niosome; and the niosome contains 10 to 50 wt.% of nonionic surfactant, 1 to 50 wt.% of supplementary emulsifier, and 30 to 80 wt.% of a mixture consisting of cholesterol, cholesterol ester and soysterol.
