Duct spacer and manufacturing process of the die casting rotor with separate space by radial direction using duct spacer

PURPOSE: A duct spacer is provided which easily radiates heat generated during operation of a rotor, and a method for forming a separate space in a circumferential direction of a die casting rotor using the duct spacer is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method for forming a separate space on a die casting rotor in a circumferential direction using a duct spacer comprises a first step of stacking a duct spacer on a lower die casting die with spaced apart from an iron core(2) in a certain distance; a second step of fixing the iron core(2) and the duct spacer by pressing the upper die after stacking; a third step of forming fan blades(5), pins(4) and upper and lower end rings(1,3) of a rotor which is a space of upper and lower dies by injecting prepared molten metal into the dies from the bottom of the lower die at high speed and pressure; a fourth step of separating a product from between the dies by separating the upper die when forming is completed; and a fifth step of removing a spacer between iron cores(2) of an injection completed rotor.
