PURPOSE: A method for preventing the decrease of the record sales is provided to use the digital music file as pre-listening by circulating the digital music file deteriorating or damaging the sound quality on a communication network. CONSTITUTION: A user searches the digital music file circulated on the network by connecting the terminal with the network(S110). If the illegal digital music file is found out, the found digital music file is collected by each class(S130). The collected digital music files are edited in order to deteriorate or damage the sound quality(S140). The digital music file damaging the sound quality is distributed to the network(S150). The digital music file user listens to the damaged digital music file and the illegal digital music file induces the distrust of the reliability and sound quality.
