Anti-partiality loading and falling ore of belt conveyor material

PURPOSE: A device for preventing loading on a side of a material and falling a material of a belt conveyer is provided to improve transport efficiency as preventing loading on a side of a material and falling an ore caused from transport work previously and reduce environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: A device is made up to transfer a material transferred in a belt conveyer(2) through a chute(1) and lower belt conveyer line(5), and prevent loading on a side of a material and falling a material of a belt conveyer through a damper and a screw installed in the chute. The device for preventing loading on a side of a material and falling a material of a belt conveyer consists of a pulley rotating connected to an actuating motor(60) fixed in a frame on the upper part of the lower belt conveyer line; an induced belt(20) having many iron cores inside and installed the pulley covered; an assembly apparatus to transfer the induced belt. The material is transferred through the belt conveyer and fallen to the lower belt conveyer line through the chute. The material is fallen inducing to the center of the lower belt conveyer line through a gap of the inclined induced belt toward the bottom. Small amount of material is fallen through a gap of the inclined induced belt even though large amount of materials is fallen through the chute, or the transferring amount is changeable. The loading on a side of a material or falling a material through both sides of the lower belt conveyer line is prevented without the screw or damper.
