PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing and supplying a cartoon newspaper using the Internet is provided to make a reader recognize information rapidly and easily using a visual element such as a cartoon, a graphic, or a photograph. CONSTITUTION: A reporter collects data with respect to a principal issue of the inside and outside of the country, prepares writings based on the data, and manufactures a news story(210). The completed story is transmitted to a cartoon reporter through a terminal embodied to the reporter and the Internet(220), and the cartoon reporter manufactures a cartoon in accordance with a story(230). The manufactured cartoon is inputted in a main server through the Internet(250). The main server combines the inputted cartoon and other graphic materials(an information map, a statistics chart, and a computer graphic), edits the cartoon and materials, and inserts the edited material on a web site or transmits the edited material to a member through E-mail(260).
