A device for preventing conveying material from flowing out in chute of belt conveyor

PURPOSE: An outflow preventive apparatus of articles in a chute of a belt conveyor is provided to prevent articles from falling out of the belt by guiding articles from the chute to the middle of the belt. CONSTITUTION: Articles fall from a skirt plate(3A) on a belt, and a horizontal inclined damping plate(32) is placed horizontally in the skirt plate. The horizontal inclined damping plate is inclined downward, and installed in the middle of the belt. A vertical inclined damping plate(42) is placed perpendicularly to a skirt plate(3B) below the horizontal inclined damping plate, and inclined for the progressing direction of the belt. Articles are moved down from the chute to the belt, and slid by bumping into the horizontal inclined damping plate. The article is load in the middle of the belt, and moved into the middle of the belt by bumping into the vertical inclined damping plate. The outflow of the transferring article is prevented with restricting articles from being displaced out of the belt.
