Multiplex primers for Candida albicans and Candida dubliniensis

PURPOSE: The probes for detecting Candida albicans and Candida dubliniensis are provided, therefore a Candida disease caused by Candida albicans or Candida dubliniensis can be rapidly detected and its result can be reliable. CONSTITUTION: A pair of probes capable of specifically amplifying a gene encoding integrin-like protein(INT-1) of Candida albicans have the nucleotide sequences of SEQ ID NO: 1 and 2, respectively. A pair of probes capable of specifically amplifying a gene encoding agglutinin-like protein(ALSD1) of Candida dubliniensis have the nucleotide sequences of SEQ ID NO: 3 and 4, respectively. A pair of probes capable of specifically amplifying a gene encoding type II DNA topoisomerase present in both Candida albicans and Candida dubliniensis have the nucleotide sequences of SEQ ID NO: 5 and 6, respectively.
