PURPOSE: A passport issuance on the digital environment and an immigrant passport verification technology applying a digital image matching technology are provided to thoroughly discriminate a forgery and an alteration by reading the identification with the image matching technology and to perform an immigration examination in real time. CONSTITUTION: The immigrant passport verification technology comprises a photo image DB of the ministry of government administration and home Affairs, a passport computing DB(20), a memory(21), a transmitting part(22) and a receiving part(23) of the ministry of foreign affairs and trade, a transmitting part(32) and a digital camera(33) of the immigration bureau(30), a keyword(35) using for a passport examination, a display previewer(37), the digital camera(33) picturing the real image of an immigrant and emigrant, a memory(24) storing the value of the digital camera, and an image matching discrimination part(36).
