PURPOSE: A sandwich panel for increasing the vehicle stiffness is provided to remove the vibration or noise generated while a vehicle is running by forming a shock absorbing layer between a panel and a protection layer outside the panel in the process of assembling of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A sandwich panel for increasing the vehicle stiffness includes a reinforcing plate(20) mounted outside a dash panel or a wheel housing panel with a predetermined distance, and a shock absorbing layer(30) injected between the dash panel or the wheel housing panel and the reinforcing plate and cured after a predetermined time for removing the vibration or noise transmitted from the outside.
