PURPOSE: A method and a system for technical assessment are provided to receive the valuation for diversity technologies and patents from an experts group through the Internet without a limitation of the time and space. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a terminal(210) connecting to a web controller through a computer network, the computer network(220) connecting the web controller with the terminal, the web controller(230) accessing to a database controller through the network, a database storage(240) storing an input format for the valuation information of an object technology, and the database controller producing the value of the object technology according to the valuation information inputted by the input format. The input format for the valuation information comprises a detail information input format, a relative importance input format, a present value information input format, a technical competition index item valuation format and a valuation result format. The present value information input format provides a valuation format for a cash flow estimation module, a moving average model, an enterprise profit base model and an economical additional value model.
