PURPOSE: Provided is a post finishing device forming patterns of textile which is characterized by being possible to form a vortical pattern in all directions continuously, maintaining cushion ability and texture because of fixing the vortical pattern with steam heat and heating heat, having beautiful appearance and having marketability. CONSTITUTION: The post finishing device forming the patterns of the textile is comprised of: a guide roller(40) guiding the textile(30); a contacting plate(50) contacting with the back side of the textile(30) when the textile(30) is stopped for a little while; many rotating brushes(66) which are a position confronting the contacting plate(50), forming the vortical patterns on a surface of the textile(30) in all directions; an upper steam spraying nozzle(70) and a lower steam spraying nozzle(72) spraying steam for forming the vortical patterns; and an upper heater(90) and a lower heater(92) heating the surface and the back side of the textile(30) to fix the vortical patterns.
