METHOD FOR PRINTING IMAGES ON THE SURFACE OF CERAMIC OR POCELAIN ENAMELLED METAL PLATE USING LASER PRINTER TONER

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for forming surface pattern in ceramics or enamel plates with a laser printer toner based which easily laminates transparent paper and transfer paper coated by cover coat so that it forms patterns without an adhesive. CONSTITUTION: The method for forming surface pattern in the ceramics or the enamel plates with the laser printer toner based comprises the steps of: (i) heating the laser printer toner fixed at a printed side of transfer paper to get viscosity; (ii) coating enamel powder into the fixed side of the toner; (iii) coating the cover coat to the transparent paper; (iv) contacting the transparent paper with the transfer paper to laminate; (v) dipping the laminated transparent paper and transfer paper into water and separating a paper part from the transfer paper; (vi) drying the separated transparent paper and laminating the transfer paper fixed by other color and the dried transparent paper; (vii) repeating the sixth process to obtain necessary number of color; (viii) separating the transparent paper from the seventh process; (ix) eliminating paper component of the transfer paper through the eighth and the fifth process; and (x) closely adhering results in the ninth process to subjects to be transferred and sintering the subjects at fusing point of enamel.
