Auction method using an entry fee on Internet

PURPOSE: An internet auction method is provided to enable a seller to set an upper limit price and a lower limit price on a commodity, to sum a bid winning price and a complementary money for making the upper limit price, and to pay the summed amount for the commodity to the seller so that it can satisfy both the seller and the buyer. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of enabling both the seller and the buyer to participate in an auction(S1), enabling the seller to set an upper and a lower limit price on a commodity, enabling both sides to pay an auction participation fee to an auction operator, where the auction participation fee can be determined by a flat basis or dividing a complementary money, for compensating for the amount needed to make the upper limit price, by the number of the auction participants(S2), presenting the lower limit price of a listed commodity for the candidate buyers and performing an auction process in a conventional method(S3), determining an auction winner among the candidate buyers(S4), paying the upper limit money to the seller and levying an auction fee with a ratio of the complementary money while delivering the commodity to the auction winner(S5).
