PURPOSE: A method and a system for integrally paying the Internet information fee and the prices in commerce with a telephone charge or a communication charge are provided to make a user conveniently pay the Internet information fee and the prices in commerce by using a telephone line for a paid telephone information service or by clicking a telephone number displayed on a monitor. CONSTITUTION: An Internet user(10) is connected to an ARS(Automatic Response System) via a charge exchanger(22) of a communication company(21) by telephoning to a paid ARS server(23) via a telephone or a cellular phone(20) before the use of the Internet. A telephone user registers a number, a sign or a code shared by the ARS server or an Internet server(12). The registered information is connected to the Internet server via a network. The telephone user uses the Internet by registering a member ID(Identification), a telephone number, a password or an ID. A telephone information user is connected to the Internet server via a modem(14) of a computer(10) or of a communication company(11). The charges for information use and purchase are billed integral with a telephone information fee.
