Opinion poll system and Method using Internet and mobile communication network

PURPOSE: A system and method for investigating a question through the Internet and a mobile communication network is provided to obtain reliable question analysis data in real time on on-line by analyzing and processing question response data in case that a user of a mobile communication terminal responds to question investigation. CONSTITUTION: A question investigation request member registration unit(305) receives member registration information from a question requester and registers the question requester as a member. A question investigation data input process unit(310) receives question sample group extraction item information, statistics analysis selection information to question response data, and question request data information, processes information, and generates summary question content message information. A question sample group extracting unit(315) extracts mobile communication numbers of a corresponding question sample group from a question investigation object population according to question sample group extraction items written by the question requester. A WAP(Wireless Application Protocol) interface(330) transmits one or more among question request data information, summary question content message information, extracted mobile communication number information of the question sample group, and URL information of a question investigation system to a WAP gateway(400) through the Internet(200), and transmits the question response data received from the user of the mobile communication terminal to a response data database(355). A response data analysis process unit(320) performs statistics analysis to the question response data received from the user according to a question response data statistics analysis pattern selected by the question requester. An analysis data output unit(325) outputs the analyzed and processed question data according to the request of the question requester.
