PURPOSE: A method for providing the import expense using a web server is provided to display the import expense as a graph or list format confronting to a condition inputted by a user and to fast and accurately confirms the detail of the import expense and a payment status. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of purchase information management servers(101¯10n) by each domestic business division respectively connects to an exclusive communication network and a plurality of purchase information management servers by each oversea business division respectively connects to the exclusive communication network through a gateway(20) by connecting to the Internet(100). A web server connecting to the Internet reads out the vast purchase information and the import expense stored and managed by the domestic and oversea purchase information management servers to a communication terminal connecting through the Internet. The web server reads out the read import expense corresponding to a condition inputted by the user and displays the read import expense as various format of graphs and lists.
