PURPOSE: A dielectric sensor and method for manufacturing the same is provided to achieve improved quality of product by measuring the degree of cure of composite material cured in a high temperature, while enhancing sensitivity. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing dielectric sensor comprises a first step(S1) of producing a base substrate from a glass material; a second step(S2) of producing a metal mold; a third step(S3) of producing a sensor pattern by using the metal mold; a fourth step(S4) of grinding the produced sensor pattern; and a fifth step(S5) of plating the completed dielectric sensor with a chrome. A dielectric sensor comprises a base substrate made of a glass material, and a copper paste attached onto the base substrate.
