PURPOSE: A system and a method for the automatic official endorsement and the content certification using the Internet are provided to offer an on-line official endorsement service easy to use because of a clear transfer method, the thorough security and the legal restriction. CONSTITUTION: The automatic official endorsement system comprises a client(100) communicating with a central server through the Internet and receiving the service by requesting the official endorsement and content certification service, an official endorsement company server(300) processing the official endorsement by receiving the official endorsement request on the on-line and a central server(200). The central server includes a web server(210) executing the communication with the user on the Internet, a service selection part selecting the official endorsement or content certification service, a document input part(213) receiving the contents needing the service, a document storing part(217), a transfer part(219) transferring the contents to the official endorsement company in case of selecting the official endorsement service, an official endorsement document storing part(221), a delivery part(223), and a delivery result process part(225).
