PURPOSE: A system for double encryption of a password(Personal Identification Number) of a credit card is provided to protect card users safe and to easily investigate a case by using a closed circuit television. CONSTITUTION: Two passwords are applied to a credit card. The second password is used in a danger due to a criminal. When the second password is used in an ATM(Automatic Teller Machine), the use of the credit card is immediately informed to a card case investigation server of a police station and a report is accepted. Since the money withdrawal with the second password number is possible, a criminal naturally uses the credit card. The location of the ATM and the image of the criminal are informed to the police. Therefore, the police easily investigates the case.
