PURPOSE: An Internet safety education system is provided to supply a moving image of a safety education program to a business place, a school and an individual by making a moving image program with the necessary safety education contents and storing the moving image program in a database. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the steps of receiving a verification from an authorized official safety education organization by making the safety education program moving image and importing a foreign safety education data, and storing the verified data in the database and providing the data through a connected site. A company, the school, an official organization and the individual to carry out the safety education connects to the site through an affiliation ID. If the certified user selects a desired moving image for the safety education program through a classification and a contents table, the selected moving image for the safety education program is provided to the user.
