Apparatus for detecting rotor position of sensorless PMSM Motor

PURPOSE: A device for detecting position of rotor in sensor-less PMSM(permanent magnet synchronous electric motor) is provided to operate a PMSM stably by detecting a position of a rotor of the PMSM in times of rotation. CONSTITUTION: An inverter(100) supplies a three phase voltage(Va/Vb/Vc) to a PMSM(200). A current detection unit(300) detects a current according to an a-phase and a b-phase voltage permission, and amplifies a voltage corresponding to the detected current. A position detection unit(400) estimates a rotor position of the PMSM(200) from the current and the voltage, and transmits a driving signal to the inverter(100) for driving the PMSM(200) according to a driving voltage, a driving speed, and rotor position information.
