PAINTING METHOD OF PVC FITTINGS AND PVC FITTINGS

PURPOSE: Provided is a coating method of a PVC fixture which performs infrared coating on the PVC fixture used for construction materials so that it increases surface intensity and prevents discoloration. CONSTITUTION: The coating method of the PVC fixture comprises the steps of: (i) eliminating extraneous matters from the surface of the PVC fixture(S1); (ii) coating transparent infrared paint and infrared paint including infrared ink with certain color mixed on the surface of the PVC fixture(S2); and (iii) irradiating infrared on the PVC fixture, drying and hardening infrared paint coated on the surface of the PVC fixture(S3).
