APPARATUS FOR REMOVING IRON PIECES AND BAD ORES IN TRANSFERING RAW MATERIALS

PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing iron pieces and lump ores during transit of ores is provided to effectively prevent the blocking of a chute and the damage of belt due to the iron pieces and lump ores. CONSTITUTION: In an ore transit conveyor(20) having a belt scraper(10) installed in a line change section, the apparatus for removing iron pieces and lump ores comprises an iron pieces and lump ores screen part(30) having a scraper(32) tightly contacting with a conveyor belt and a screen bar(34) inclined to a frame(12), to which the belt scraper is mounted, for filtering iron pieces and lump ores; and an iron pieces and lump ores removal part(50) having a removal arm(52) installed at the front side of the screen part to be rotated passing through the screen bars.
