PURPOSE: A method for exchanging an underground reclaiming tube is provided to exchange the tap water tube without hindrance in passing of inhabitants and to reduce the cost for construction by shortening the period of construction. CONSTITUTION: In the method for exchanging the underground reclaiming tube, a few stages are included. In the first stage, a tap water tube goes through the layer between an underground water tank(1) and an underground machine room(3). The location of the pure soil layer is selected to connect the tap water tube with a water pump. The entrance and exit(8,9) are formed on the location, on which a digging tube(10) passes the outer walls(2,4). In the second stage, an oil pressure jack(11) and a jack support(12) for supporting the oil pressure jack(11) are installed in the underground water tank(1). In the third stage, whenever the oil pressure jack(11) is operated one or two times, it is put away to remove the soil and the soil and the water are discharged by spraying water into the tube. In the fourth stage, the waterproof mortar is filled in the entrance and exit(8,9) and the stuffing material is foamed into the space between the tap water tube and the digging tube(10) and thereby the tap water tube is protected.
