PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring an electrostatic discharge current is provided, which measures a discharge current and a discharge time momentarily discharged due to a staticelectricity generated in a conductor charged with a constant charge quantitatively. CONSTITUTION: In the apparatus for measuring an electrostatic discharge current of a conductor discharged momentarily as soon as it is charged with a constant voltage. A contact unit(1) contacts with the discharged conductor and receives a discharge current. A load resistor control unit(2) controls an intensity of the discharge current inputted to the contact unit by controlling a load resistor. And an output unit(3) measures an intensity of the above current and outputs it. The above load resistor control unit controls the intensity of the discharge current generated by the discharged conductor by controlling the load resistor to prevent the output unit from being damaged.
