摘要

PURPOSE: A zinc-nickel alloy electroplating solution, and an electroplating method thereof are provided to get good luminous intensity, good white degree of a plating layer on a steel plate, and to restrict carbon plating on the surface of the steel plate. CONSTITUTION: In a chloride based zinc-nickel alloy electroplating solution basically comprised of zinc chloride of 0.5 to 2.0 mole zinc ion, nickel chloride of 0.1 to 0.5 mole nickel ion, and 6.0 to 9.0 chlorine ion, an additive to be input into the solution is composed of 30-200g/L of sulfonic acid sodium, 10-150g/L of thiourea, and 10-80g/L of benzoic acid, and the addition amount of the additive relative to the plating solution is 0.3 to 40ml/L.
