Combustion control unit and method for uniform heat storage in a regenerator of regenerative reheating furnace

PURPOSE: Combustion control system and method for uniform heat storage during temperature increasing of a regenerative reheating furnace are provided to control a combustion unit so that a material to be heated is uniformly heated. CONSTITUTION: In a reheating furnace control system equipped with a reheating furnace(1), right burners(2,3), right fuel nozzles(4,5), right regenerators(6,7), left burners(8,9), left fuel nozzles(10,11), left regenerators(12,13), fixed beams(15), moving beams(16), switching valves(V1-V4), air flow control valves(VB1-VB4), a blowing fan(17) and an exhaust fan(18), the combustion control system for uniform heat storage during temperature increasing of a regenerative reheating furnace comprises thermocouples(20,21) each of which are installed in upper and lower spaces inside the reheating furnace(1) and connected to input of a distribution control system(22); differential pressure gauges(GP1-GP4) which are connected to output of the distribution control system(22) through each of fuel flow control valves(VA1-VA4), and each of which are connected to each of the air flow control valves(VB1-VB4); and right burners(3,2) and left burners(9,8) each of which are connected to each of the differential pressure gauges(GP1-GP4) through each of switching valves(V5-V8).
