PURPOSE: A duplexing method of an agent in a communication management network is provided to continuously operate an agent of a communication management network regardless of a status of each station using 2 individual workstations. CONSTITUTION: An SRM collects and transmits status information of a system to an FOM(ST21). The FOM judges an obstacle circumstance(ST22). A status controller of the FOM transmits the obstacle circumstance and a switching circumstance to an UIM(ST23). It is judged whether a current circumstance is a switching circumstance(ST24). When the current circumstance is a switching circumstance, an active side changes and informs a system status to an FOM of an other party(ST25). An application of the active side is finished(ST26). A standby side receives and transits a fail-over to the active side(ST27).
