EVAPORATING METHOD OF SEWAGE AND WASTEWATER FROM LIVESTOCK FARMING

PURPOSE: An evaporating method of sewage and wastewater from livestock farming is provided, which can discharge only pure air by mixing the air with heat and oxygen and by deodorizing it, the equipment being made of stainless 27 thus eliminating any necessity of maintenance. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the following steps: (i) filter wastewater at wastewater storage tank; (ii) pump the wastewater to an aeration tank of 3000 liter; (iii) inject air to the bottom of aeration tank; (iv) feed the aerated sewage to an evaporator in which five layers of sand is filled, defoaming filter is set at water inlet at the top and coal filter is set at the gas discharge duct, to the bottom which hot air is fed to evaporate sewage.
