PURPOSE: A method for opening a supporters' association of a politician using the Internet is provided to join for a supporters' association of a politician and realize a transparency of supporting money through an on-line payment. CONSTITUTION: Supporters of a supporters' association are recorded in a supporters' association managing DB and a member managing DB(S2). If the member performs a log-in process, a job selection screen is displayed(S3). If a support event inquiring job is selected, an event available date and time ate displayed(S4). If a date and time is selected, a participating member and a participating reservation registering state are displayed(S5). If the reservation is completed, a paying method is selected(S7). The selected paying method and payment information are transmitted to a charge payment system(S8). If a reservation cancel is selected, the reservation of the corresponding date out of reservation conditions of a reservation managing DB is deleted or updated(S11).
