Method of assemble and test for automotive wiring harness

PURPOSE: An assembling and inspecting method of a wiring harness for a vehicle is provided to improve working efficiency, and to reduce manufacturing process by providing information on assembling position in assembling the harness. CONSTITUTION: Hardware is set by loading cable data and pin data from an assembling and test computer(31). The number data is selected in the assembling and test computer, and the work data is loaded(32). An assembling plate, a fuse and an LED(Light Emitting Diode) of a relay box are inspected, and conduction is tested. Cable command LED lighting and current are inspected, and test is stopped by initializing a module(33). The cable command LED is lighted on according to program of the computer, and connector command and pin command LEDs are turned on. The cable is assembled, and conduction is tested(34). The stop is commanded(35), and working is finished(36). Working efficiency is improved, and process is reduced with supplying assembling position information to a worker.
