PURPOSE: An information exchange model is provided to obtain more and reliable information as necessary by exchanging data according to predetermined definition between terminals by using mobile terminals having a data transmission and reception function. CONSTITUTION: A transmitting/receiving terminal(1) of one person transmits required information to transmitting/receiving terminals(2,3,4,5,6) of others within a distance available for information transmission and reception. Upon receiving the data, each of the transmitting/receiving terminals(2,3,4,5,6) of others checks whether they have the requested data with their own terminals and informs accordingly the transmitting/receiving terminal(1) which has requested the data as to whether they have the requested data or not. Upon receiving the respective information from the transmitting/receiving terminals(2,3,4,5,6), the transmitting/receiving terminal(1) recognizes that the transmitting/receiving terminal(3) includes a corresponding information that itself has requested and is downloaded a content corresponding to an actual data from the transmitting/receiving terminal(3). After the information is completely downloaded, the transmitting/receiving terminal(1) informs the terminal owner(3) of the completion of downloading, for the terminal owner's confirmation.
