PURPOSE: Provided is a high nutritious powdery additive for enhancing nutriments in steamed rice. In particular, the additive is manufactured by drying grains to be added while steaming rice then pulverizing them. CONSTITUTION: The high nutritious powdery additive is manufactured by the steps of: pulverizing 10-45 wt.% of beans, 3-10 wt.% of foxtail millet, 3-10 wt.% of African millet, 3-10 wt.% of red beans and 20-55 wt.% of glutinous rice into a particle size of 50m or less, and post-treating the manufactured powder with steam distillation. It further contains brown rice, barley and sesame seeds.
