3 Peptides specific in TCR CDR3 of infiltrating T cells derived from patients with psoriasis and uses thereof

PURPOSE: Provided are peptides specifically being in T cell receptor(TCR) cdr3 of infiltrating T cells derived from patients with psoriasis and their use for the study of the cause and mechanism of psoriasis, and the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of psoriasis. CONSTITUTION: The peptide has amino acid sequence of SEQ ID No:1 and further has amino acid sequence of TCR J 2.7 of SEQ ID NO:2 at its C-terminal and amino acid sequence of TCR V 2.7 of SEQ ID NO:3,4 or 5 at its N-terminal. The nucleic acid of the peptide has nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:6. A pharmaceutical composition for the prevention and treatment of psoriasis contains the above nucleic acid and an antibody for the above peptide.
