PURPOSE: A method of servicing video information using satellite communication is provided to transmit various video information to each satellite receiving terminal through satellite communication, and to display the video information on each display device of the satellite receiving terminals, thereby quickly transmitting the various information to many users. CONSTITUTION: A CPU checks whether a preset service time comes(S201). If so, the CPU turns on a monitor. The CPU checks whether video information updated in each database exists(S202). If so, the CPU controls a change of a schedule for displaying the video information(S203). If updated video data does not exist or the schedule changing work is completed, the CPU decides operation contents of the video information to be displayed(S204). If the video information is a still image script file, the CPU executes the still image script file, and displays the video information on the monitor(S205). If the video information is a motion picture script file, the CPU executes the motion picture script file, and displays the information on the monitor(S206). If the video information is a caption file, the CPU generates a caption, and displays the video information on the monitor(S207). The CPU decides whether the execution is completed(S208). If so, the CPU detects visual information to check whether present time information is at a service completion point(S209). If so, the CPU completes the procedure.
