PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing sale of list-excepted item at wholesale deal of agricultural and marine products are provided to prepare and confirm a standard invoice and a standard accounts statement being relayed between a forwarder and a midway-wholesaler through the Internet and pay a commodity price from the midway-wholesaler to a corresponding forwarder promptly when a commodity is sold. CONSTITUTION: Forwarder terminal devices(102,104) are connected to a system through the Internet(116) and performs a transmission/receipt of forwarder information for a wholesale trade on the Internet as a preparation of a standard invoice and a receipt of a commodity price in accordance with a commodity forwarding to an Internet price adjustment office(112). Forwarders who produce agricultural and marine products and forward the products to a wholesale market on an off-line join to the system as a member, respectively. The forwarders connect to the Internet price adjustment office(112) through forwarder terminal devices(102,104), prepare a standard invoice with respect to a forwarded commodity delivered to midway-wholesalers(106,108) on an on-line, and transmit the standard invoice to the Internet price adjustment office(112).
