PURPOSE: A method for an Internet advertisement business by a mediator on the Internet and a device thereof are provided to array a profit structure of a member as a pyramid multi-stage format by constructing a system of an intermediating system operator and collecting/managing advertisement members between an Internet advertiser who constructs an Internet advertising system and supplying an advertisement on the Internet and a wire/wireless Internet user who wishes to receive an advertisement using a computer terminal and a wire/wireless communication terminal. CONSTITUTION: An intermediator server device(100) includes a terminal device and a server device for requesting data wanted by an intermediator, displaying/searching the data on a screen, and evaluating/managing/storing data requested for performing the data, transmits data wanted by an advertiser and a member to an advertiser server and a member terminal. If the intermediator requests wanted data to the advertiser server device, advertiser server devices(200a-200c) transmit the data to the intermediator server device(100), manage/store data performed by the intermediator server, and supply an advertisement to the member. If a member requests wanted data to the intermediator server device(100) and the advertiser server devices(200a-200c), a member terminal(300) displays the data on a screen and performs a searching process.
