PURPOSE: A speed adjusting device for inline skates and a skate board is provided to enable even a beginner to easily and safely adjust a speed by applying an appropriate frictional force to the wheels of the products, and to ensure walking stability on stairs and a slope way. CONSTITUTION: The speed adjusting device for inline skates and a skate board comprises a support(1) fixed to an axle of wheels(4), and a bolt(2) fixed to the support. By rotating the bolt to apply a frictional force to the side of the wheels, a user can adjust a rotating speed of the wheels, and at this time, the intensity of the frictional force applied to the wheels is able to be adjusted according to a length of the bolt.
