PURPOSE: An optical information storing and searching method by using an optical information storing medium and photon absorption according to the luminescence of semiconductor crystal and a device thereof are provided to restrain the storage and search of optical information to a predetermined position three dimensionally, and simplify the multi-layer search and the luminescent wavelength control. CONSTITUTION: An optical information storing and searching device by using an optical information storing medium and photon absorption according to the luminescence of semiconductor crystal includes a first light source generating and luminescence detecting part(20c) having a first laser generating part(21), a first focusing element(22) positioned at a lower part of the first laser generating part for focusing the laser emitted from the first laser generating part to an optical information recording medium, an optical separation element(26) positioned between the first laser generating part and the focusing part for separating a laser beam from a luminescent beam, and a light detecting part(27) for detecting the luminescent beam, and an optical information medium supporting element positioned below the first light source generating and luminescence detecting part, wherein the optical information medium is formed by repeatedly stacking transparent thin films(11) distributed with semiconductor and transparent interval layers(12).
