PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for increasing efficiency by a structural change of a motor are provided to reduce power loss of a motor and enhance efficiency of the motor by forming a stator and a rotator of a circular structure. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical structure is changed to a circular structure in a rotator and a stator of components of a motor. The motor includes a permanent magnet having an N pole and an S pole. The motor is formed with a DC motor or an AC motor of the circular structure. The rotator is installed inside of the motor. A permanent magnet section is adhered to a steel core. A rotator can be installed outside the motor. A shaft for fixing the motor has a circular shape. A rotary shaft of the motor can be projected to one direction or both directions.
