摘要

PURPOSE: A small and low cost implementation of linear CCD array focal plane assembly for high resolution remote sensing application is provided to solve an alignment problem between high-resolution sensing devices by sawing the necessary sensing devices by a block unit, and to guarantee sufficient space for disposing connection lines by additionally sawing extra sensing devices. CONSTITUTION: When a CCD device is sawed, a commercial linear CCD wafer process is used to saw the CCD devices necessary for a final process by a block unit so that technical and economical cost for aligning devices in disposing individual devices can be saved.
