PURPOSE: A pressurized and fluidized layer combustion system is provided to prevent the green house effect by preventing nitrogen oxide form being generated during the combustion process through continuously supplying pressurized oxygen. CONSTITUTION: Oxygen(3) is supplied into a pressurized and fluidized layer combustion furnace(4), thereby raising pressure in a pressurized and fluidized layer combustion system with moving material consisting a fluidized layer. Then, oxygen(3) is burned by supplying a solid fuel(2). At this time, limestone is added to prevent sulfur contained in the solid fuel(2) from being discharged as sulfuric oxide. While the combustion process is being carried out, combustion gas is generated. Impurities contained in combustion gas are filtered while combustion gas is passing through an impurity collecting device(5). In addition, a compressor(6) supplies pressure to combustion air. Then, combustion gas is again supplied to the pressurized and fluidized layer combustion furnace(4) through a CO2 route.
